Right to Withdraw from Contract

The goods should be checked right after receiving the parcel. In the event of damage, deficiencies or inconsistencies with the invoice, please:
1. Preserve the collective packaging (carton) and filling.
2. Preserve the packaging of the advertised product.
3. Immediately inform us about the situation - on the day of receiving the parcel, no later than the next day.
4. The complaint is considered after receiving the photographic documentation by email: biuro@herbatyszlachetne.pl
5. We do not accept parcels with cash on delivery.
