All given prices of goods and services are net prices.
Companies which have identification number of VAT EU, pay net price.
Companies which don't have identification number of VAT EU, must pay VAT tax (usually 23%).
In such a case they don't pay VAT in their country.
We accept orders via e-wholesalers, e-mail, phone or fax. At the beginning, please send us a copy of registration document as well as a copy of VAT ID UE certificate due to proper fill up invoices and telephone number.
Time to prepare the order is up to 3 business days.
Due to the increased number of orders in the pre-holiday period, the delivery time may be longer.
We send our products by DPD courier at the cost of the recipient, cash on delivery or after prepayment to our bank account.
We can give a solution to the people expecting delayed payment period, which has equivalent form to a monthly payment deadline. The required amount they should take from their bank (as a credit), send us a copy of the credit agreement and we will pay the whole credit cost – in a form of a discount !
The minimum amount - 1 kg of one type of product. At the client's request, we can pack 0.5 kg for an additional fee of 2 PLN (equivalent in €).
Goods, on request, can be packed in 50-gram or 100-gram bags with labels, with the name of the good and your company at additional cost. This includes packing cost of 0.59 PLN (equivalent in €) / unit + price of the label + price of the bag + price of the clip.
50 g bags can be put into a giftbox with window with labels, with the name of the good and your company at additional cost. This includes packing cost of 0.99 PLN (equivalent in €) / unit + price of the label + price of the bag + price of the clip + price of the box with window.
For orders from 25 kg to 39 kg * in one delivery - we give a 5% discount.
For orders from 40 kg * and more in one delivery - we give a discount of 10%.
* The discount includes tea, coffee, herbs and yerba mate by weight (total) in one delivery.
The goods should be checked right after receiving the parcel.
In case of any damage or missing items, please save the box and filling and immediately inform us about the situation.
Storage conditions for aromatized tea:
Aromatized teas (delicacies, super delicacies, fruit teas) should be stored in tightly closed containers, in a dry space at room temperature, away from light. Poor storage conditions can accelerate the aging process of supplements and volatilization of aromas.
Due to the natural diversity and seasonality of the ingredients of our teas, the company Herbaty Szlachetne Sp. z o.o. (Noble Teas Ltd.) reserves the right to change the ingredients of teas and blends to not inferior quality, which may vary in color and shape.
In the case of accessories, manufacturers only recognize complaints that reduce the functionality of the product. Complaints regarding product features that result from the properties of the technological process are not accepted.
