Candied sugar – fine
Candy acquire their brown-gold color when heated with a high-quality sugar solution, which undergoing more or less caramelization acquires a characteristic caramel aroma.
When cooling the solution on the smooth surface of the plates, the candy is deposited in thick or small, crystalline layers. Its appearance resembles amber or precious stones. It is perfect for sweetening often rainy moments of autumn.
Great for sweetening strong tea with the addition of rum, fruit and herbal teas, excellent for sweetening milk and for making liqueurs and fruit in alcohol.
