It comes from the Chinese province of Fujian and is considered a ceremonial tea. This is a black tea with many golden tips, which look very attractive. The harvest takes place in early spring. The dried herb is relatively light and fluffy. The Jin Jun Mei infusion has an amber color. It has a delicate taste, leaving a pleasant sweet aftertaste in the mouth. "Golden eyebrows" can be brewed several times, it is an efficient tea.
We recommend brewing about 2-3g in 200 ml of water at a temperature of 90-95°C.
