Matcha Japan Style Premium is a high-quality powdered green tea, packaged in a practical 100g Doypack. The airtight packaging helps preserve the freshness, intense green color, and characteristic aroma of the tea for longer.
Matcha is made using young tea leaves, which are protected from direct sunlight before harvesting. After careful processing, the leaves are ground into a fine, velvety powder, which is used to create a drink with an intense color and exceptional flavor.
The infusion delights with a harmonious blend of distinct umami notes, delicate sweetness, and a subtle, pleasant bitterness. Fresh, herbal accents with a light nutty note complement the overall flavor.
Preparation: Pour 1-2 teaspoons of matcha into a bowl, add a small amount of water at 70-80°C (168-176°F), and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine foam appears on the surface.
Then add the remaining water to your preference. Matcha Japan Style Premium is perfect for preparing both traditional tea and trendy matcha lattes, cocktails, desserts, ice cream, and baked goods.
The 100g Doypack packaging is a convenient solution for those who value high quality and practical storage.
