Mulberry - leaf
Mulberry leaves contain a lot of B vitamins: vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin PP. In addition, the leaves contain a large group of flavonoids, which are known for their strong antioxidant activity. Thanks to them, it is possible to fight free radicals, counteract aging processes and combat the complications of diabetes.
Infusion of mulberry leaves
Pour 1 teaspoon of white mulberry leaves with 1 cup of boiling water and brew under cover for 5 minutes, then strain.
